The HKIHRM, in collaboration with CIIC, held a media briefing on 16 October 2023 to disclose the key results from 2023 Pay Trend Surveys for Hong Kong and the nine mainland cities within the Greater Bay Area.

Lawrence Hung, President of HKIHRM and Alfar chen, Vice General Manager of CIIC Hong Kong and Macau, delivered the survey findings for their respective regions. They offered their invaluable insights and projected the pay trends for the upcoming year, aiming to empower employers with the necessary information to formulate effective strategies for talent recruitment and retention.
